Faculty members from the Faculty of Law of the Academician Stepan Demianchuk International University of Economics and Humanities together with colleagues from other universities published a new textbook "Constitutional Foundations of the State System of the Republic of Poland: History and Modernity"
The material in the textbook is dedicated to the Republic of Poland, the history and the present status of its statehood. The constitutional and legal principles of the state system of Poland are considered, as well as the practice of their implementation, which collectively has a decisive character for the organisation and activity of the Polish state and its main institutions. The characteristics of the legal status of the state authorities of the Republic of Poland are described. The functional characteristics of the Polish state are shown, the modern content of which has largely been influenced by the integration processes on the European continent.
The textbook was written by V. V. Duma, O. V. Ilkiv, A. I. Levder, A. V. Matviichuk, O. V. Matviichuk, V. Yu. Mykulets, A. O. Osaulenko.
The textbook is for scholars, lecturers, students and anyone who is interested in the history and modernity of Polish statehood.
The copies of the textbook have been submitted to the Scientific Library of the Academician Stepan Demianchuk International University of Economics and Humanities.
