After all, criminalistics forms the practical skills in the field of operative-investigative and expert-forensic activity, provides knowledge about the means, techniques and methods of crime detection, investigation and judicial review of the criminal cases. The Academician Stepan Demianchuk IUEH Faculty of Law forensic training ground consists of two learning rooms. The first classroom is a training class equipped with special equipment and computers, which allows, for example, technical and forensic research of documents, handwriting studies, identification of a person by their appearance (work with the program "Photo Robot"), to find fingerprints and to master video and photography skills. The other classroom is equipped in such a way as to allow practical training in forensic expertise and mastering the tactics of investigative actions. In this case, there is video communication between the classrooms so that students in the room can observe and analyse the actions of their classmates, for example, conducting a primary review of the scene.

There is a “Hall of Justice” at the Academician Stepan Demianchuk IUEH Faculty of Law. It is made in one of the classroom and it almost completely reflects the courtroom with all the necessary attributes: places for the judge and his assistants, for the participants of the process, the public, etc.
