On September 1, the Day of Knowledge at the Faculty of Law was a presentation of the monograph Implementation of the right to receive professional legal assistance in Ukraine (administrative and legal principles).

The presentation was made by the authors: PhD, Associate Professor, Academician of the Academy of Administrative and Law Sciences, Dean of the Faculty of Law Borovyk Andrii Volodymyrovych and Doctor of Sciences, Corresponding Member of the Academy of Administrative and Law Sciences, Senior Lecturer of the Faculty of Law Derevianko Nataliia Zenoviivna.

The monograph is devoted to the disclosure of the content and essence of the administrative and legal basis for the implementation of the right to receive professional legal assistance in Ukraine, by characterizing and summarizing the current state of its implementation, describing legislative and practical gaps in its administrative and legal support by the state as well as formulation of specific directions and proposals to eliminate the identified problems.

The presentation was attended by Vice-Rectors of the Academician Stepan Demianchuk International University of the Economic and Humanities, students and Lecturers of the Faculty of Law and other Faculties.

In addition, in a video conference, the authors were greeted with the publication of the next work by the founder of Baltija Publishing (Riga, Latvia) Oleh Holovko, who expressed positive feedback on the content of the monograph and on further cooperation between Ukraine and Latvia in publishing scientific literature.

Andrii Borovyk noted that the motto of the Faculty of Law is "Learn well to defend justice" and it is a good coincidence that on Knowledge Day we present a book about the right to provide professional legal assistance to protect justice.
