On Wednesday, May 21, the last meeting of the members of the international educational project VITAE 'Building connections: Peer learning resources' was held. It was attended by Oksana Marchuk, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor of the Department of General Pedagogy and Preschool Education.
VITAE is a British program that supports the development of researchers at all stages of their careers. Its goal is to promote the professional growth of researchers by providing resources, training, and standards, in particular through the Researcher Development Framework (RDF). The RDF defines the key skills and qualities needed for a successful career in science, education, industry or beyond.
At the final meeting, which was attended by 48 scientists from 10 countries, the results of the work in the scientific sections were discussed. Scientists noted that today in the international educational space, important issues include the use of artificial intelligence in higher education, optimizing the mobility of students and teachers, and the formation of scientific work based on domestic and foreign experience. The project participants emphasized the need to continue scientific cooperation between the higher education institutions that participated in VITAE.
The involvement of university staff in the international VITAE project demonstrates the high rating of our university in the international arena.
