Television and Radio Studio

ТСМ The television studio at Academician Stepan Demianchuk International University of Economics and Humanities has been operating since 2007. For a long time, students and faculty members have been working on a television studio for the formation and implementation of television news, prepared by students of the Faculty of Mass Communication and Information Technology, as a result - an information issue called ITS (IUEH Television Service).

Since 2008, the above mentioned program has become systematic, its frequency is once a week.

The project manager is one of the leading journalists of Rivne TV Andrii Hryhorovych Smus, and Olha Andriivna Mitchuk, Dean of the Faculty of Mass Communication and Information Technology.

The IUEH Television Service is the basis to obtain practical skills of journalism students of the Faculty of Mass Communication and Information Technology. Faculty students are constantly at the epicentre of recent University events. Also based on television studios every year during “Lilac Festivals”, a telecasting is organised among the students of the University. Studio equipment is used for filming bachelor students of television journalism and university events such as:

  • Creativity of the Young
  • CC “Rector's Cup”
  • Lecturers Concert
  • “Lilac Festines”

The television studio is engaged in the production of the commercial of the University, which is broadcast on the leading Rivne TV channels.

Lecturers of the Faculty of Mass Communication and Information Technology use the television studio as a base for practical training with students in the specialisation of television journalism.

Educational TV-radio studio creates an opportunity to touch journalistic practice. It helps future professionals to prepare their own TV material.

Radio Studio

The “University Wave” Radio Studio works as a University media in wire broadcasting, creating and broadcasting audio programs that are of interest to lecturers of the University and students. And also as a training laboratory for practical training with students studying at the Faculty of Mass Communication and Information Technology in their chosen specialisation.

The first radio programs were created in May 2010, and since September 1, they have been broadcasting regularly - every Tuesday and Friday. Students will learn about the latest news related to the University life. It is also suggested to listen to interesting historical facts from world and Ukrainian history. During the breaks between classes there are music songs playing on the background, announcements and musical greetings.
